Meal Prep Underway on this Sunday. A quick peak at some of what I am preparing for the week ahead. Still focusing on high protein & high fat with limited carbs. I'll be doing this for 1-2 more weeks only. Keto dieting has been great but if you are already pretty lean you may lose muscle mass as well.
